• Report with clear recommendations, Hogan compatibility, and verbal debrief delivered 2-3 business days after assessment; 12 to 24-hour turnaround is also available

Executive Coaching
For high-performing leaders to reach their full potential. Includes:

• 3 or 6-month engagement, kicked off with Hogan assessment and a 360 review with 6 to 10 participants
• Weekly sessions by video or phone; facilitated 3-way conversations, and monthly “deep dive” sessions
• Pre-coaching and post-coaching reports with qualitative and quantitative data, with improvements highlighted

For sponsors to de-risk their investment during diligence, align the team in first 100 days post-close, or to enact a turnaround. Includes:
